The brief was a frontend refresh on a franchise return portal. Discovery found no usable API documentation and a backend past saving. So we said the unpopular thing. this needs a rebuild , proved it with a POC on the hardest calculations, and then built the platform the business actually needed.

The problem
The system was fragmented, and the numbers couldn't be trusted.
Several tools with no shared architecture, and reporting that depended on a PowerBI licence and somebody's patience.

We stopped patching tools and rebuilt the whole thing as a unified platform. validated with a working proof of concept before anyone committed budget to the full build.
